I have been working for Piedmont Flight Training for a few years now and have absolutely fallen in love with this school. I enjoy coming in every day to see the students and watch them grow into experienced pilots. Here at PFT, we are a family and we support and cheer these students on as if they were our own children. The family feel is one of our biggest compliments. The growth we have seen over the past few years is phenomenal. We are busting out of the seams some days. I can’t imagine the size of this school in 3-5 years with the rate we are going. I see everyday how important this flight school is to our community and how we are the starting point for many students for a lifelong career in aviation

I really appreciate all the PFT has done for me. Coming from a 141 program with so many low hours, nobody wanted to take a chance on me. PFT has made my dream of becoming an airline pilot a reality. With a great maintenance team and a fantastic staff, PFT is happy where I call home

Piedmont flight training from day 1 welcomed me with open arms I felt right at home. Living in Charlotte was quite literally my home away from home. Piedmont flight training has been a great medium to get me to my ultimate goal of getting into the airlines. Everyone that I’ve worked with my whole time there, I’ve had nothing but great relationships with. These are lifetime relationships that I’ll keep with me throughout my career and people I will never forget. 

Piedmont flight training has had significant growth throughout my time there, and with that being said, I think a better location would suit this company to support that. This flight has a lot of room to grow and could be a top competitor in the state.
